$39 Million Settlement In Reimbursement Dispute Remanded For Fact Finding

TRENTON, N.J. - The New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division on March 25 remanded a $39 million class action settlement involving a reimbursement dispute for a testimonial hearing and more adequate fact finding as to the reasonableness of the settlement and for reconsideration of attorney fees awarded (John Ivan Sutter, M.D. P.A., on behalf of himself and all others similarly situated, et al. v. Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, No. A-3708-06T3, N.J. Super., App. Div.; See 2/21/07, Page 4).
