Judicial Panel Selects Western District Of Kentucky For All-Terrain Vehicle Litigation
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Feb. 13 selected the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky as the proper venue to consolidate 55 products liability actions alleging injuries from off-road accidents involving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) (In re: Yamaha Motor Corp. Rhino ATV Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2016, JPMDL; 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 11636).
