Mass. High Court Nixes Consumer Contracts Requiring Arbitration
It’s time to review your consumer contracts for technology gear. The Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts followed at least a half dozen other state high courts and four U.S. circuit courts with a decision that finds customer contracts requiring arbitration “not enforceable.”
