Parties Involved In AWP Reimbursement Dispute Seek Settlement Approval
MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Parties involved in a reimbursement dispute over the proper use of average wholesale prices (AWP) on May 29 asked an Alabama federal court to grant preliminary approval of their class action settlement valued at $2.8 million (Eufaula Drugs Inc., et al. v. TDI Managed Care Services Inc., et al., No. 05-293, M.D. Ala.; See 5/20/09, Page 5).
