Standards Prelude Florida’s E-Filing Plan
The Florida Supreme Court has adopted electronic access standards as the groundwork for a statewide Internet portal allowing attorneys and the public to access court records, pay fees and file documents, but at least one clerk’s office is wondering how it will affect the existing system.
