Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguments In Identity Theft Case
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments on Feb. 25 on whether, to prove identity theft, the government must show that a defendant knew that the means of identification he used belonged to another person (Ignacio Carlos Flores-Figueroa v. United States of America, No.08-108, U.S. Sup.; See January, 2009, Page 6).
